Warranty Policy

At nutribulletusmall, we stand behind the quality of our blenders and offer a limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind with every purchase. This limited warranty applies to all personal and full-sized blenders sold on our website and covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase, delivery, or product pick-up, whichever is later, in line with industry standards and our commitment to quality craftsmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable, applying to products purchased directly from nutribulletusmall or our authorized sellers; unauthentic products or those sold by unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty. In compliance with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and relevant legislation enacted by the California Assembly, including Assembly Bill AB1849 which reinforces manufacturer accountability for warranty commitments, we uphold the warranty rights of all consumers, including California residents, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of warranty claims. If a defect covered by this warranty is identified within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, exchange the product with a new or functionally equivalent unit, or refund the original purchase price of the product, with any replacement product assuming the remaining warranty period of the original item and any repaired product carrying a one-year warranty from the date of repair. Before sending any product for warranty service, we recommend keeping copies of all relevant documents and purchasing product insurance and tracking services for the shipment, as shipping and processing fees for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer and not covered under this limited warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions. We reserve the right to inspect all products submitted for warranty service to verify eligibility and determine the appropriate resolution. Additionally, an optional three-year warranty extension is available for purchase separately, providing extended coverage beyond the standard one-year limited warranty; details on purchasing this extension can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
